Job description
Responsibility
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create effective hiring strategies.
Maintain and update candidate databases, job postings, and recruitment records.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview sessions.
Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
Participate in HR-related administrative tasks and support employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Based in Ipoh or Kampar
(mandatory due to occasional team meet-ups or client interactions).
Mandarin speaker preferred
to support communication with a wider range of candidates and clients.
Fresh graduates with a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with online recruitment tools.
