Recruiter

Responsibility

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create effective hiring strategies.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, job postings, and recruitment records.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview sessions.
• Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in HR-related administrative tasks and support employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Based in Ipoh or Kampar (mandatory due to occasional team meet-ups or client interactions).
• Mandarin speaker preferred to support communication with a wider range of candidates and clients.
• Fresh graduates with a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with online recruitment tools.
