We're Hiring:Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mandarin-Speaking Prefer)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various functions and departments
• Source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Write and post compelling job descriptions that speak to the right audience
• Maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future roles
• Support employer branding initiatives and career fair events
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking candidates or stakeholders
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, etc.)
• Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
