Position Title: Record to Report Manager, Finance

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes to ensure the financial health of the organization. This role involves strategic analysis, compliance, and collaboration with various departments to drive financial performance.

Job Descriptions:

R2R:

• Manage and oversee the entire Record to Report (R2R) process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal financial policies.

Strategic Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies that align with business objectives.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify development opportunities for team members.

SAP Project Management:

• Implementation: Lead the SAP implementation process, ensuring financial modules are configured to meet business needs.
• Optimization: Identify and implement enhancements to SAP processes to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the R2R function.

Training: Provide training and support to finance team members on SAP functionalities and best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification is preferred.
• Min 10 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of full set accounting practices and financial regulations.
• Proven experience with SAP financial modules (e.g., FI, CO).
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work on own initiative.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to take pressure and perform under tight deadline.
