About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT in Medini Johor. As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience to all visitors and clients while supporting the overall operations of the office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients to the office in a friendly and professional manner
2. Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and directing them to the appropriate person or department
3. Scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and events
4. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
5. Providing administrative support to the team as needed
6. Assisting with other office duties as required

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong organizational and time management abilities
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. A professional and friendly demeanour with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
6. Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
