Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a top-tier law firm? **** is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancing Lawyer/Clerk to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and services related to property transactions.

Responsibilities

1. Provide legal advice and services related to property transactions
2. Advise clients on the legal aspects of their transactions
3. Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and leases
4. Conduct research on property laws and regulations
5. Represent clients in court proceedings
6. Negotiate and settle disputes between parties
7. Manage and track the progress of legal cases
8. Assist in drafting pleadings and motions
9. Prepare and file legal documents
10. Monitor legal developments and ensure compliance with relevant laws

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law with a qualified practicing certificate (for lawyer)
2. Able to work with minimum supervision, a team player
3. Willing to travel at any time (inter-state, outstation, meetings) and able to work long hours
4. Responsible, reliable, committed, and with a positive working attitude
5. Interest in Intellectual Property, Corporate will be an added advantage
6. Excellent in speaking as well as written English and Bahasa Malaysia
