So what is your role about?

• To be actively involved in the selling process of new Residential Projects, Commercial Projects or Sub-Sales properties
• To create appointments to meet, present and negotiate with potential clients
• To provide good service, build and maintain long-term rapport with existing clients
• To actively participate in company's activities and training
• To be willing to share ideas and be helpful to fellow colleagues

What will you be REWARDED with?

• High Commission - Between RM10,000 up to RM30,000 per sale closed

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Passionate in meeting people or have a keen interest in doing sales
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (but not mandatory as training and coaching will be provided)
• Possess good work ethics, pleasant personality, proactive and resourceful
• Self-motivated, high determination and possess high interest in the property industry
• Love challenges and like to work in a competitive environment
• Able to speak and read English and Malay well. Knowledge of spoken Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage
• Available and willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• MUST HAVE own transport
• MUST be willing/available to work on weekends & public holidays
