Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Candidates without experience are welcomed to apply; training will be provided (We accept fresh grads).
• Able to speak either English or Mandarin.
• Working location within Klang Valley (KL & Selangor).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good marketing and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Pleasant personality.

Responsibilities:

• Market properties: Involved in sales and marketing of sub-sales and new development properties.
• Negotiate deals: Represent clients in negotiations to secure the best outcomes.
• Stay updated: Keep an eye on the real estate market trends to provide clients with the latest information and news.
• Guide clients: Assist buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants through the real estate process, providing expert advice and support.
• Coordinate on the sales and rental transactions.
• Source for potential buyers, investors, and tenants.
