Real Estate Admin Executive (Rental Operation Management)

Kenangan Coffee is a brand under Kenangan who owns Kopi Kenangan in Indonesia. We are the first F&B unicorn in SEA. Since we launched our first coffee retail outlet in KLCC Malaysia in Oct 2022, we have grown to more than 10 coffee chains and we are still expanding.

As our Real Estate Senior Executive, your pivotal role transcends the boundaries of leasing administration and project management. Working closely with our project and operations teams, you're positioned at the forefront of identifying prime locations, masterminding impactful lease negotiations, and executing real estate strategies that fuel our unparalleled journey of expansion.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• Proven track record of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in real estate, property management, or related roles within the retail sector.
• Expertise in site selection, lease negotiation, and real estate strategy execution.
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends and regulations, with a focus on the retail environment.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented multitasker with a knack for handling complexity and maintaining composure.
• Keen market observer with an innate ability to decipher trends and translate them into strategic advantages.
• Thrive in a dynamic, high-paced collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Role:

• Verify and confirm site suitability, coordinating with Legal for contract preparation.
• Communicate opening plans, fit-out requirements, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Coordinate documents and administration across Finance, Legal, and Project teams, adhering to procedures.
• Monitor and follow up on project progress to ensure timely execution.
• Review invoices, manage timely payments, and oversee contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate lease data and coordinate document-related tasks with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with landlords, real estate, and finance teams to ensure lease accuracy.
• Support the team in real estate projects and coordinate interdepartmental efforts.
