About the role

We are seeking a talented Radiographer cum Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic team at Klinik Sentral in Segamat, Johor. This full-time role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of our medical imaging services and clinic. As a Radiographer, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures and providing high-quality patient care. Alongside your radiography duties, you will also assist with general clinic administration and support, ensuring our patients receive a seamless and exceptional experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, such as X-rays while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety
2. Assisting patients with preparation for imaging examinations and providing guidance and support throughout the process
3. Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, including documenting imaging findings and procedures performed
4. Collaborating with the medical team to interpret imaging results and contribute to patient diagnosis and treatment plans
5. Providing administrative support to the clinic, such as scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and handling patient enquiries
6. Ensuring the imaging equipment and work environment are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

1. Recognised diploma or degree in Radiography or a related healthcare field
2. Current registration and license as a Radiographer with the relevant professional body
3. Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Radiographer in a clinical setting
4. Excellent patient care and communication skills, with the ability to provide a compassionate and empathetic service
5. Strong technical skills in performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, with a keen eye for detail
6. Proficient in using medical imaging equipment and software, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
7. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
8. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
