Responsibilities:

• To prepare the household and personal care samples follow the formulation given by Chemist/Manager
• To conduct analysis on market samples as assigned by Chemist/Manager
• To monitor product stability and self-life as per schedule
• To maintain the analytical instruments in proper working condition
• To keep the R&D laboratory and instruments clean and tidy at all times
• To assist in weighing balance calibration as per calibration schedule
• To assist Chemist in issuing PR and GRV on lab purchase item/service
• To observe all safety rules in the laboratory

People Management & Development:

• To attend trainings and to improve competency

Quality System:

• To be fully proactive & aware of occupational health and safety standards at workplace, ensure full compliance and also safeguard oneself, colleagues, and the Company from any detrimental incidents.
• To carry out R&D works as assigned by the Manager/Chemist from time to time

Others:

• To perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma in Science, Chemistry or equivalent
• Knowledge of mathematics and science
• Able to handle simple chemical analysis and analytical instruments
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• At least 2 years of working experience in laboratory preferably in FMCG industry
