What You'll Do:

• Handle product development, cost saving, raw material evaluation, product application, troubleshooting, and re-work activities
• Support new product design and process development for product scale-up
• Provide technical support for sales team and lead product trials
• Perform laboratory testing in a precise and reliable manner
• Provide product training and briefing to internal and external customers
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow lab safety protocols by ensuring the safe operation of all equipment and chemical handling necessary, and confirm the proper safety equipment, procedures, and housekeeping
• Work within 5S methodology
• Generate technical data sheets (TDS) and safety data sheets (SDS)
• Collect data and identify all critical process control points and statistical methods to be employed
