Job Responsibility

What You'll Do

1. Handle product development, cost saving, raw material evaluation, product application, troubleshooting, and re-work activities.
2. Support new product design and process development for product scale-up.
3. Provide technical support for the sales team and lead product trials.
4. Perform laboratory testing in a precise and reliable manner.
5. Design testing methods.
6. Provide product training and briefing to internal/external customers.
7. Maintain a safe working environment and follow lab safety protocols, ensuring the safe operation of all equipment and chemical handling, and confirm proper safety equipment, procedures, and housekeeping.
8. Work within 5S methodology.
9. Generate technical data sheets (TDS) and safety data sheets (SDS).
10. Collect data and identify all critical process control points and statistical methods to be employed.
11. Conduct sample preparation.
