Quantity Surveyors

Experience in pre and post contract of quantity surveying services:

• General quantity surveying skill and knowledge from pre to post contract services.
• 1-7 years experience are required. Fresh graduates may be considered.
• Basic salary range from RM 3,500 to RM 9,000.
• Computer literate with strong spreadsheet skills.
• Willing to travel as and when required.
• Independently and self-motivated.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 1 year's experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and project control techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in the use of construction-specific software, such as estimating and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders.
• A proactive and organised approach, with a keen eye for detail.
• Good command of English / Malay / Mandarin (written & spoken).
