Prepare precise cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) during the tender stage to ensure competitive and comprehensive submissions.

Tender Document Review
Analyze tender documents carefully to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Subcontractor & Supplier Sourcing
Assist in sourcing and obtaining competitive quotations from reliable subcontractors and suppliers to support the tender process.

Quantity Take-Off & BOQ Compilation
Perform detailed quantity take-offs and compile comprehensive BOQs with a focus on accuracy and completeness.

Rate Analysis & Building from First Principles
Develop unit rates from first principles and conduct detailed comparisons, reviews, and analyses of subcontractor and supplier rates.

Cost Database Management
Maintain and update cost databases, including subcontractor, supplier, and pricing information, to ensure data remains current and accurate.

Team Support
Collaborate with and support team members to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or related field
2. Knowledge of industry standards related to quantity surveying
3. Proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools
4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
