Responsibilities:

• Accurately estimate project costs by analyzing project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare tender documentation, including BQ and tender specifications.
• Administer construction contracts and ensure that all parties adhere to the contract terms and conditions.
• Manage and assess contract variations, change orders, and related contractual documentation.
• Ensure that construction work aligns with specified quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits as needed to maintain high project quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a track record of handling complex projects.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, contractors, and clients.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Over the years, we have successfully completed several prestigious projects like the MRR2 Kepong Remedial Work, KL-Putrajaya Highway, Package 1, and others.

We also provide alternative design and build solutions for our clients, including upgrading Jalan Seremban – Kuala Pilah, DUKE Jalan Sentul Interchange, Eastern Dispersal Link (EDL), Bandar Ainsdale Interchange (New Seremban Interchange), and DUKE Phase 2-Section 1 Mainline of Damansara Link.

The current projects for infrastructure works include DASH Package CA3, SUKE Package CB5, MEX II, and Penang Major Roads (Package 2) Section 3&4.
