Responsibilities

1. Handle all matters related to QS studies including contract management, tendering (pre-post contract), estimation of cost and sources, site visits, liaising with subcontractors, preparing and certifying progress claims and payments.
2. Possess sound knowledge of market rates, cost control, preparation of claims, and site evaluation.
3. Read drawings/plans well and possess good negotiation skills with suppliers/contractors on quotations and procurement.
4. Verify, prepare database, process, and manage all matters related to QS duties.
5. Involve in measurement of quantities for the purpose of tender documentation and progress payment.
6. Prepare and assess variation orders, remeasurement, and final accounts.
7. Prepare financial statements.
