Quality Technician II

Routine final functional testing, product/material release criteria testing/inspection and recording of test results. Review and update of QA Documentation. Initiate and work on nonconforming report. Ensure the nonconforming report is closed in a timely manner. Assist in compiling Monthly Nonconformance Board Report on an ad hoc basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Routine final functional testing, product/material release criteria testing/inspection and recording of test results.
• Review and update of QA Documentation.
• Initiate and work on nonconforming report. Ensure the nonconforming report is closed in a timely manner.
• Provide assistance and support to the Quality Engineering and Operations function.
• Compliance to all QA Laboratory and all relevant plant-wide procedures and practices.
• Compliance to all standards and regulations.
• Provision of excellent service to all internal customers.
• Communicates any concerns about work processes regarding environmental impact, health, or safety issues to their Manager.
• Decision-making ability coupled with the ability to work on one's own initiative and with minimum supervision is required.
• Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Identifies, resolves, and prevents Manufacturing issues by determining root cause and implementing corrective and preventive action.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): NCEP management, validation, product testing.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
