Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the planning, implementation, maintenance, improvement of systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001, as well as the supervision and management during the system implementation process.
• Take charge of the compilation/revision and training of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 system documents.
• Conduct reviews on customer environmental protection specifications, laws, and regulations (RoHS, REACH, HF, etc.). Collect, organize, and upload environmental protection materials of customers/suppliers, including those of end-customers.
• Prepare for third-party GP audits and customer HSF system audits. Be responsible for submitting quality-related materials to the customer's website and maintaining relevant information (IMDS, CAMDS, etc.).
• Arrange the annual audit plan for the quality/environment/occupational health system. Supervise, audit, and maintain the quality/environment/occupational health management system. Regularly review the feasibility and rationality of system documents.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably majoring in English.
• Preference will be given to those with system work experience (ISO9001/ISO14001/IATF16949/ISO45001).
• Those with internal auditor qualification certificates will be preferred.
• Have an understanding of the ISO document control management process and strong data-organizing ability.
• Be proficient in using office software, improve the company's document control and filing system, and supervise the implementation of related work.
• Be proactive at work, willing to take on tasks, capable of completing work tasks with high quality and quantity, have high work enthusiasm, strong sense of responsibility, and be highly stress-resistant.
