Responsibilities

Job Description:

1. Perform data analytics and create visual dashboards for management insights. Knowledge in Power BI, Spotfire, Python and other programming languages will be beneficial.
2. Collaborate with Quality team to develop and implement predictive models based on quality or delivery data, to identify potential issues and pro-actively prevent escalations.
3. Manage and oversee continuous improvement projects related to customer special requests or quality, ensuring timely and successful completion.
4. Strategically compile, design and present customer or quality/delivery information to management to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in data analytics and creating visual dashboards.
2. Knowledge in Power BI, Spotfire, Python and other programming languages. Knowledge or interest in developing predictive modeling and proactive issue prevention.
3. Demonstrated project management skills, particularly in continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Excellent strategic thinking and information compilation skills for management reporting.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
