Job Summary:
Minimum Requirements:
·Minimum two years working experience in production environment ideally in Aluminium Industry.
·Result oriented and possess organizational and analytical skills to organize and manage inspections and achieve desired objectives and results.
·Ability to read and understand technical drawings and requirements and to translate into relevant inspection criteria.
·Minimum Diploma in engineering, industrial or production disciplines. Degree holder preferable.
·Salary to commensurate based on work experience, knowledge and skill set.
Job Responsibilities:
·Devising procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
·Monitoring all operations that affect product quality.
·Supervising and guiding inspectors, technicians and staff.
·Ensure all customer and organization requirements/product/project specifications are in compliance with existing guidelines/regulations.
·Inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying product non-conformities and application of viable solutions.
·Possess knowledge on global required Standards and codes of practice pertaining to British Standard (BS and CP).

o ASTM Standards
·Site visits to investigate/evaluate customer complaints.
·Conduct quality audits at supplier premises to evaluate product applicability and compatibility in compliance with project specifications.
