Job description

Records Management & Document Control (Administration & Office Support)

  • Participate and assist in the implementation of the staff development program or company improvement projects.
  • Prepare project briefs and feasibility studies for evaluating new projects or proposed improvement plans.
  • Execute detailed implementation plans for projects with respect to manpower, scheduled tasks, and cost estimation.
  • Monitor work progress, anticipate and resolve problems and contractual disputes.
  • Ensure quality objectives and targets are met.
  • Authorize stopping production to correct quality problems.
  • Assist in ISO & Quality Management System (QMS) implementation.
  • Review current work processes and procedures across the company and identify areas for improvement.
  • Standardize and formalize work processes, continually monitoring project outcomes to review performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Proactively involve in cost reduction activities.
  • Develop rapport and work effectively with a diverse range of people, sharing knowledge and skills to deliver shared goals.
  • Recommend training programs that benefit the team.
  • Undertake other duties as directed by the Immediate Superior.
