Job description
Records Management & Document Control (Administration & Office Support)
Participate and assist in the implementation of the staff development program or company improvement projects.
Prepare project briefs and feasibility studies for evaluating new projects or proposed improvement plans.
Execute detailed implementation plans for projects with respect to manpower, scheduled tasks, and cost estimation.
Monitor work progress, anticipate and resolve problems and contractual disputes.
Ensure quality objectives and targets are met.
Authorize stopping production to correct quality problems.
Assist in ISO & Quality Management System (QMS) implementation.
Review current work processes and procedures across the company and identify areas for improvement.
Standardize and formalize work processes, continually monitoring project outcomes to review performance and make necessary adjustments.
Proactively involve in cost reduction activities.
Develop rapport and work effectively with a diverse range of people, sharing knowledge and skills to deliver shared goals.
Recommend training programs that benefit the team.
Undertake other duties as directed by the Immediate Superior.
