Location: Johor

Responsibilities:

Incoming & supplier quality management (% of time = 90%)

• Inbound-Outbound goods quality control. Perform inspection effectively as per quality assurance plan to ensure conform to standard and requirements.
• Manage non conformance products and non quality failure, timely disposition and closed loop follow up actions.
• Conduct product quality training to warehouse to ensure the fundamental quality plan is established, well understood and executed by warehouse team.
• Prevent the occurrence of quality defects in advance, and no limited to quality improvement activities.
• Monitor and analyze products performance to identify areas of improvement. Collect and evaluate supplier quality data to identify area of improvement, collaborate with internal team for alignment of interest within business activities.
• Conduct supplier quality management, supplier audit, root cause analysis, product audit, 8D and necessary corrective action for improvement by using systematic approaches
• Establish quality standard if necessary for new launching products and special control products.

Others (% of time = 10%)

• Support in conducting process and system audit in accordance to internal audit requirements.
• Monitor and coordinate on relevant equipment calibration matter (if any)
• Provide support in case of customer claim
• Share best practices to ensure highest level of product quality
• Support in QMS document control
• Any other task as required by superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years working experience in quality control, inspection & supplier material management
• Knowledge of quality core tool, 8D methodologies, failure analysis report, control plan
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Proficient in spoken & written English
• Experienced in ISO9001 audit
• Able to carry out inspection activities at the warehouse
