• Must have a Degree in Engineering/Technical related field or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a quality/engineering role in the aviation industry.
• Knowledge and understanding of aviation authority (e.g. CAAM, FAA, EASA, CAAS) Part 145 regulations and ISO 9001/AS 9110 Quality Management System.
• Experience as an internal quality auditor or having attended Lead Assessor training is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in quality methodology/tools including 8D problem solving, PFMEA, and 7QC tools.
• Understanding and implementation of all safe work practices and rules. Experience and understanding of legal EHS requirements is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders. Preference for excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (or equivalent).
