Quality Engineer

Job Description:

1. Deal with customer audit preparation and improvement
2. Responsible for RMA and customer complaint
3. Deal with incoming material inspection control and abnormal feedback
4. Yield management, product warning management, personnel and system GRR management
5. Related process quality control to keep the production line running smoothly
6. Responsible for department staff training
7. Participate in TPI project import to ensure that the TPI project meets the requirements
8. Establishment and maintenance of quality-related system
9. Upgrade system-related documents and forms
10. Organized internal audit and improvement
11. ISO/TUV/UL/RoHS external audit (certification)
12. Establishment and maintenance of document management system
13. Trained and guided the work of DCC
14. Organize weekly quality meetings, monthly quality meetings, and output-related reports
15. Managing Documents Control system

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree holder
2. Fresh graduate / Candidate with over 3-5 years of working experience in the quality department
3. Meticulous, rigorous, enthusiastic, and responsible
4. Familiar with ISO9001/ISO14001 standards and quality management systems
5. Skills in liaising with headquarters in Wuhan and all races in Malaysia
6. Ability to analyze and control process anomalies
7. Ability to handle customer audits and RMAs
8. Good quality management awareness
9. Good organizational and communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility
