Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct source inspection for outsourcing.
2. Follow up on improving abnormal inspection and process quality.
3. Responsible for quality system and process audit, and implementation of improvement tracking.
4. Act as the communication liaison with China's Quality Assurance staff and assist in completing relevant quality communication and improvement confirmation.
5. Handle customer complaint tracing, analysis, and improvement, and be familiar with the 8D report application.
6. Develop relevant inspection specifications SIP for QC inspection.
7. Work with the Process and R&D team for new product introduction quality issue resolution.
8. Ensure that QC personnel receive training in a variety of inspection skills, planned and fully implemented.
9. Conduct regular data analysis and statistical summarization according to weekly/monthly quality status, review and improve the top three major quality problems, and provide weekly/monthly reports to superiors in China.
10. Be able to accept relevant work assigned by superiors.
11. Willing to travel.

Job Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess a degree in electronics or a related field and have an understanding of the application of basic electronic components.
2. More than 2 years of working experience, with a preference for familiarity with amplifier audio electronic products.
3. Proficiency in using Office software for statistical analysis of relevant data.
4. Possess good communication and coordination skills and demonstrate the spirit of team cooperation.
5. Language requirements in written and spoken form: Mandarin, English, and Malay.
