Quality Director (Pharmaceutical)

Responsibilities:

2. Quality Systems & Compliance
3. Process Improvement & Root Cause Analysis
4. Leadership & Team Development
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. 10+ years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ CQE) is highly desirable.
4. Deep knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP) and regulatory requirements.
