Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to monitor critical quality control points in production.
• Maintain a proper record system.
• Monitor to maintain good housekeeping in the production area.
• Assist in maintaining the Quality Control documentation system.
• Assist to ensure the processing of the products follows SOP.
• Assist and ensure the quality management procedures are implemented at the factory.
• Ensure correct food recipe guidelines for products are followed during processing.
