Quality Controller (Up to 4k / Food Manufacturing)

• Assist in monitoring critical quality control points in production.
• Maintain an accurate and organized record-keeping system.
• Ensure good housekeeping practices are upheld in the production area.
• Support the maintenance of the Quality Control documentation system.
• Verify that product processing adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in the implementation of quality management procedures within the factory.
• Ensure adherence to correct food recipe guidelines during product processing.
• Inspect the quality of incoming and outgoing materials and products.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Technology/Nutrition or equivalent
• English, BM and Mandarin (to deal with Mandarin speaking customers from overseas)
• Willing to work in Senai (Near to airport)
• 5-day workweek (flexible), 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Days off are not fixed on weekends
• Depending on production needs, work may be required on weekends, and rest days will be scheduled between Monday and Friday
