Monitoring food products throughout production and storage.
Collecting samples of raw materials and finished products for laboratory analysis.
Observing production lines to ensure adherence to established procedures, GMP and HACCP.
Checking calibration of production equipment related to quality control.
Records and monitoring all the documentation data.
Participating in internal audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
Adhering to proper sanitation protocols and personal hygiene practices.
Assisting to conduct audit yearly.
Assisting in the application export listing documentation for exporting.
Job Requirements
Educational background: Candidates with a Degree in Food Science & Technology or related field.
Relevant experience: 2-3 years of experience in quality control within a food manufacturing environment is preferred. Exposure in ISO and halal will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude: Self-motivated and disciplined individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Independent worker: Ability to work autonomously and perform well under pressure.
Language skills: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with Mandarin being an added advantage.
