Quality Assurance & Turnover Coordinator (Urgent Hiring)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality & Turn-over Coordinator to join our team. The Quality & Turn-over Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our construction, commissioning, and substantial completion meet established Intel quality standards. This position involves coordinating quality control activities, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and committed to maintaining high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Assurance and Control:
    1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
    2. Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    3. Conduct routine inspections, audits, and tests to identify defects or areas for improvement.
    4. Drive quality closure – COR, NCR, Punch list.
  2. Documentation and Reporting:
    1. Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, findings, and corrective actions.
    2. Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
    3. Ensure documentation complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    4. Engage with sub-contractors for turnover documents submission.
  3. Collaboration and Training:
    1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
    2. Guide & enforce on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
    3. Act as a liaison between contractors to ensure a unified approach to quality management.
  4. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in quality management.
  7. Compliance:
    1. Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, certifications, and standards.
    2. Participate in internal and external audits and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
  3. Skills:
    1. Strong understanding of quality control procedures and standards.
    2. Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
    3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    5. Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
  4. Certifications: ISO, PMP or any other quality management certifications are a plus.
