Job Description

My client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the highest quality standards for their internal healthcare tool, including its mobile app and web application components. The primary focus of this role is on manual testing, with the potential to expand into automated testing in the future. The QA Analyst will collaborate closely with product owners and app developer teams, playing a key role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of their software.

• Perform detailed functional and regression testing across iOS, Android, API, and web platforms.
• Carry out manual testing procedures and document any software defects or irregularities.
• Work closely with product owners and development teams to clarify requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.
• Identify, track, and manage software defects, ensuring all issues are addressed before the product is released.
• Provide regular updates on testing activities, including test outcomes, defect logs, and quality metrics.
• Contribute to the creation of test plans and cases based on requirement documents and user stories.
• Ensure adherence to privacy and security standards throughout the testing process.
• Engage in Agile Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, to offer QA-related insights.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Between 6 months to 3 years of experience in manual software testing, ideally focused on mobile and web applications.
• Solid understanding of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) methodologies and industry best practices.
• Skilled in developing test cases based on requirement documents and user stories.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to upholding high standards in software quality.
• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
