Quality Assurance Officer / Executive / Senior Executive

You will be responsible for ensuring that all food products are of the highest quality and meet the required safety standards. You will work closely with the production, packing and quality control teams to implement, maintain and audit quality control programs to ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulations.

2. Job Description:

• Assist to develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Assist to develop and implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of production facilities and processes to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
• Conduct regular audits of production processes, ingredients, and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Assist to develop and maintain product specifications and quality control procedures.
• Perform product testing and analysis, including sensory evaluation and microbiological testing.
• Investigate and resolve quality control issues, including customer complaints and product recalls.
• Collaborate with production, packing and quality control teams to ensure that all processes and procedures are in compliance with quality control standards.
• Assist to develop and deliver training programs to improve quality control awareness and knowledge.
• Train and educate employees on quality requirements and the importance of quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control tests and inspections.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with changes in quality regulations and industry standards.
