Quality Assurance Executive @ Shah Alam

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as ISO9001, ISO14001, and GDPMD executive for HOD Compliance Department.
• Responsible to assist the Lead Auditor with the ISO committee.
• Assisting in conducting hazard identification risk assessment, and determining control on the identified risk for the work process.
• Assist HOD in ensuring compliance with local regulations and other statutory bodies, standards, and guidelines as established.
• Assist with the implementation and control of all certified management systems.
• Carry out an inspection of the workplace and take appropriate action to ensure compliance.
• Assist in responding to and investigating concerns and complaints from workers/employers and take appropriate action as per instruction by HOD.
• Assist the HOD in the establishment of, and monitoring the performance of the workplace committee.
• Review the work of subordinates to ensure the adequacy of service and that department standards are met and policies are carried out.
• Recommend changes in procedures, policies, and related legislation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by HOD.
• Assist in internal audit activities, e.g., performing audit inspections to identify areas of deficiencies or gaps, ensuring corrective actions are implemented for continuous improvement.
• Assist in external audit activities, including preparation of audit files, following up on the implementation, closely monitoring the progress status, and updating promptly to ensure smooth closure of identified non-conformance via the corrective action verification process.
• Perform daily/routine administrative duties to organize and maintain up-to-date compliance records/files/audit papers/reports to meet the department and facility needs and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with any other tasks or activities as requested by HOD.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate in any field.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001 is preferred.
• Willing to work with minimal supervision.
• Proactive and willing to learn new tasks.
• Energetic and can work at any level.
• Working experience of more than 3 years in a similar capacity.
• Willing to travel within Peninsular Malaysia.
• Possess own transport and valid license B2/D.
