Assist to monitor QC team on daily inspection at Incoming Quality Control, Process Quality Control, and Final Quality Control.
Responsible for preparing and tasting finished goods sensory samples.
Prepare & follow up weekly and monthly quality report by performing data review audits.
Implement, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and other documentation for QA/Food Safety activities.
Involve in performing internal and external audits to determine compliance to FSSC22000/HACCP/GMP and identify areas for improvement.
Support the QA Manager with hosting customer audits and regulatory inspections.
Follow up & reply to the non-conformance (NC) and ensure the recertification has been done in a timely manner.
Review, develop, and maintain a systematic approach for SOPs, records, and product specifications to enhance quality efficiency and performance at the plant.
Evaluate and qualify new products from suppliers not in the Approved Suppliers List.
Liaise with relevant departments to investigate customer complaints, analyzing trends to identify and address the root causes of recurring issues.
Any other tasks assigned by Head of Department or management.
Job Requirements:
Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate in Diploma / Advance / Higher, or a bachelor's degree in any related or equivalent field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience would be an advantage.
Knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, and Halal Standards.
Able to express ideas clearly, both orally and in writing.
