Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) or other relevant ISO standards.
• Maintain and update documentation related to ISO audits, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Develop and refine the Quality Management System (QMS) to align with international standards.

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement:

• Monitor teaching methodologies, curriculum delivery, and student assessment processes for effectiveness.
• Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for administrative and academic functions.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with school leadership and staff.

Data Collection & Reporting:

• Analyze student performance data, feedback, and survey results to enhance educational quality.
• Prepare QA reports and presentations for school management and accreditation bodies.
• Ensure proper documentation of all quality-related activities and corrective actions taken.

Stakeholder Engagement & Training:

• Train and educate teachers, administrators, and staff on quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between school leadership, regulatory bodies, and accreditation agencies.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and professional development programs related to quality improvement.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting the school’s quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with local education regulations, international standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of health, safety, and security policies in line with ISO and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ISO 9001:2015 certification or knowledge of quality management systems is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance, school administration, or accreditation processes.
• Strong understanding of international school standards, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in quality management tools, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in conducting audits, process evaluations, and staff training.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of educational best practices and student-centred learning approaches.
• Familiarity with ISO documentation, audit requirements, and risk assessment frameworks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, school leaders, and external auditors.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
