Minimum Requirements

• Minimum education: SPM and above
• Skills required: Defect Tracking, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Attention to Detail, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Quality Assurance Processes, Experience with quality assurance processes, Knowledge of testing tools
• Requires to be very responsible & detail-oriented
• Requires to be able to communicate with other departments in order to reduce quality issues
• Requires to follow the timeline of product delivery in order to meet client's delivery expectation
• Requires to work from customer point of view when checking product dimensions
• Requires ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform visual inspection to ensure all quality aspects and dimensions of the job met client's requirement by using supporting instruments and machines
• Able to read and interpret information from engineering drawings to generate a complete and precise inspection report.
• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes with close monitoring of production output to ensure minimum quality issues
• To liaise with other related HOD regarding all matters pertaining product quality and drive for continuous quality improvement
• To perform hand finishing, deburring, filing, polishing, etc.
• To assist in product packing for delivery
