Plan, implement, and supervise the inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Collaborate with internal departments to establish, negotiate, and define quality procedures, standards, systems, and specifications.
Lead the team in troubleshooting and resolving daily production quality issues.
Investigate and analyze customer complaints to ensure resolution in alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Develop and document detailed, comprehensive quality performance reports and assessments.
Establish and maintain inspection plans, procedures, quality guidelines, and quality control activities.
Provide training, technical guidance, and quality interpretation to the quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
Oversee, manage, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and/or TS 16949 Quality Management System.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline.
Preferably certified in Six Sigma, SPC, Quality Engineering, Quality Auditing, or similar credentials.
Familiar with quality assurance concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office, quality assurance software, and database systems.
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a quality-related position.
Experience in plastic injection manufacturing is an added advantage.
