Key Responsibilities

1. Principles: Focus on key areas of IT System Quality Assurance.
2. Lead the QA squad: Setup an effective Quality Assurance framework that will allow a high level of quality to system delivery within the organization.

1. Timely and Efficient Plan: Review, execute, report, and submit QA status to stakeholders.
2. Manage and coordinate with Business, IT, and PMO teams to ensure prompt submission of QA report/checklist, highlighting risk and mitigation to the QA process.

1. Single Point of Contact: Liaison with Business, development team, PMO, and Regional and External parties.
2. Facilitate and coordinate with key stakeholders during Quality Assurance testing period.
3. Provide ongoing status reporting, risk impact to system delivery, and seek solutions from developers and system owners.

1. Formulate and Govern: Operationalize IT Quality Assurance processes and procedures.
2. Establish/Review list of IT QA processes and checklist to ensure system delivery meets business needs as per agreed Business Requirement Document (BRD/FRD).
3. Execute and enforce predefined processes within IT division. Provide improvement plans to IT Management on gaps identified in the QA process.
