Quality Assurance Assistant (Johor)

Sephora Malaysia is looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Assistant.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, pricing, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and various types of equipment.

Key Tasks:

STORE ROOM MANAGEMENT

Organization

1. Ensure that the store room is correctly arranged and clean according to Sephora standards.
2. Create an environment contributing to maintaining accurate stock level.

Stock Management

1. Conduct stock receiving, returns and ensure stock movement’s accuracy.
2. Ensure that the inventory is correct (theoretical stock matches physical stock) by conducting cycling inventories, punctual inventories according to Audit requirements.
3. Take part in the general inventory every year.
4. Assist other stores in the country with the general inventory when required.
5. Make a prompt statistic of soon-expired product and sell according to FIFO (First In - First Out).

SALES

Support to achieve sales target

1. Be aware of the store targets and actively work to support meeting or exceeding the sales target by ensuring that the right products are available on the shop floor.
2. Work with relevant departments to ensure key product launches and initiatives are fully supported by having the right stock level.
3. Ensure that the store is in good condition i.e. shelves are replenished, fixtures are clean, testers and prices are present in good condition.
4. Ensure that the merchandising guidelines and planograms are followed according to the Merchandising Book and requirements.

OTHERS

1. Implement and follow through actions from Weekly Action Box assigned by the Store Management Team.
2. Ensure store compliance with Sephora audit processes and requirements.
