Job Overview:

As a Senior Executive – Quality, Environmental, and Safety & Health at Sunway Property, you will lead the charge in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability. Your role involves implementing and maintaining our QESH systems in line with ISO standards and local regulations, conducting internal audits, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to ensure our processes not only comply but set the benchmark for excellence. This position is essential in driving Sunway Property's commitment to creating safe, sustainable, and high-quality developments.

What You’ll Do:

• Champion Sustainability and Safety: Lead the implementation of QESH systems, ensuring our projects meet international standards and local regulations, all while promoting a culture of safety and sustainability across Sunway Property.
• Be a Change Advocate: Drive awareness and adherence to QESH procedures, influencing positive change and continuous improvement in our work environments.
• Audit and Innovate: Conduct thorough audits and site inspections, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and ensuring our operations exceed compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Act as the bridge between Sunway Property and regulatory bodies, ensuring smooth communications and compliance.
• Data-Driven Improvements: Analyze QESH performance data to identify trends and propose innovative solutions that elevate our quality, environmental, and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: A degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field, equipping you with the technical knowledge to drive our QESH initiatives.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Health (QESH) management system implementation, with a proven track record in conducting internal audits.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, and familiarity with local environmental and safety regulations. Experience with QLASSIC is a plus.
• Key Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You are results-driven, take accountability, and are always eager to learn and grow.
