Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities :

1. To coordinate the company’s quality control program while adhering to all policies and standard operating procedures related with ISO.
2. To establish quality & food safety specification / standard for production implementation.
3. To assist Production Manager for production process control related activities.
4. Handling incoming, in process, final inspection & sample preparation as per Inspection work instructions.
5. Inspection finished roll material quality to ensure compliance with requirements.
6. To provide training to all QAQC & Production worker on specification / standard or changes.
7. Inspect the quality of finished goods at the production or store to ensure compliance with requirements.
8. Inspection of stock and ensure quality before out of delivery.
9. To decide Non Conformance status for incoming, in process & finished good, customer return & customer complaint.
10. Review the form recorded by QC & carry out data analysis to take further action.
11. To ensure that customers' requirements for quality are achieved and handle customer complaint and reply CPAR (Corrective Preventive Action Report) to solve the problem.
12. Handling the scrapped (rejected) of finished goods, material, carton, plastic packaging.
13. To plan and manage QC personnel.
14. Review the overtime and leave forms of QC personnel.
15. Report to GM when encountered quality issues.
16. Handling Pest Control.
17. Handling and calibrate measuring equipment.
18. Handling returned goods and report to GM if necessary.
19. Handling sample inspection (SGS).

Qualification & Requirement :

• Minimum SPM.
• 1 year relevant working experience.
• Candidates With No Prior Experience Are Welcome To Apply.
• Technical knowledge on ISO 9001 & ISO 22000 requirements and industry guidelines in manufacturing field.
• Able to communicate in Chinese.
• Required language(s): English and Malay.
• Knowledge of quality control methods and measuring equipment usage.
