Our client is a well-known player in the construction industry, looking to hire a Civil Tender Manager based in Seremban.

About The Job

1. Lead and manage the entire tender process from initial inquiry to final submission.
2. Develop and maintain tender schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
3. Identify potential risks associated with tender submissions and propose mitigation strategies.
4. Maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing any queries related to tenders.
5. Conduct post-tender negotiations and clarifications with clients as required.
6. Conduct market research to understand current trends, pricing, and competitors’ strategies.
7. Maintain records of all tender submissions, including outcomes and feedback for continuous improvement.

About The Manager/Team
The successful candidate will report to the General Manager and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors.

Skills And Experience Required

1. Minimum 15 years in tender management, preferably within the civil construction industry.
2. Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant roles.
