To perform physical & chemical analysis and documentation

Responsibilities:

1. Product Quality

1. To put efforts in achieving company goals/targets as per timeline provided
2. To highlight/inform superior on any non-conformance materials and products & any abnormalities in the plant immediately
3. Assist in quality improvement project
4. Carry out routine quality inspection on line to ensure WIPs are within required specification, eg visual and measurement inspection
5. To inspect incoming raw material and packaging materials before release for production usage
6. Carry out inspection on finished goods
7. Maintain all quality documents and records
8. Conducting tests, analyzing measurements, and overseeing production processes
9. To control, file & take care all QC inspection forms
10. To follow production schedule by supporting operation in production line, raw material warehouse and delivery store

2. People Management & Development

1. To attend trainings and to improve competency.

3. Quality System

1. To be fully proactive & aware of occupational health and safety standards at workplace, ensure full compliance and also safeguarding oneself, colleagues, and the Company from any detrimental incidents.
2. To follow and guide workers to follow the GMP, GDP & GLP rules.

4. Others

1. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Science or related field
2. At least 1 year of working experience in QA/QC or laboratory
3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
4. Self-motivated with analytical skills
5. Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
6. Able to work on shift rotation
7. Applicants must be willing to work in Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor
