QC Technician

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Control the product quality according to specifications by testing and analyzing to ensure that the products are in accordance with relevant specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and register samples from production
• Analyze according to given methods and compare results with specification
• Ensure efficient work so that QC processes are done in the shortest possible time
• Incoming Raw Material Quality control
• Measure and follow up KPIs as agreed
• Issue Certificate of Analysis (CoA), distribute and file as required
• Store retain samples and remove old samples on the expiry date
• Ensure that instruments have been calibrated according to standard

Qualification:

• Preferably Diploma holder or SPM with minimum 3 years of experience in QC laboratory or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Malay and English, with strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a strong commitment in following company policies and guidelines.
