QC Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, testing and measurement for incoming, in-process, and finished products according to the work instruction and procedure. Generate the required inspection records accordingly.
• Supervise the overall quality at the production site. Ensure that the company's products and services meet the regulatory and client's requirements and perform in line with the established standards.
• Determine and distribute work assignments and responsibilities of the QC team.
• Conduct regular meetings with the QC team. Monitor QC performance and attendance and implement disciplinary actions, if necessary.
• Train new employees on company procedures and policies.
• Maintain 5S and safety in the workplace.
• Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a secondary education, any field.
