QC MANAGER

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a quality control or assurance role within the precision machining industry.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward common goals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Quality Management: Develop and implement robust quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of competence and motivation. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality consciousness among the QC team and other departments.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality control processes, inspection results, and corrective actions. Generate comprehensive reports on quality metrics and trends, presenting findings to the management team for strategic decision-making.
• Supplier and Customer Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components. Work closely with customers to address any quality concerns, provide technical support, and implement solutions to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and standards, ensuring the company's compliance with quality and safety requirements. Manage and coordinate external audits to demonstrate compliance with quality management systems.
