Responsibilities:

• Support daily, weekly, and monthly quality testing, inspections, and procedures to ensure high levels of QC testing practices meet company standards.
• Inspect and approve incoming materials by confirming the specifications in the inspection plan.
• Approve finished products by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests.
• Ensure all test reports/data are completed within the given timeframe.
• Able to analyze and interpret information/data.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is always clean and maintained to high cleanliness standards.
• Ensure test equipment is verified and working correctly.
• Convey any instrumentation issues to the QC Supervisor for review and resolution.
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency.
• Follow oral and written laboratory safety rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures required for assigned tasks.
• Perform any additional jobs assigned by the superior.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Training will be provided.

Skill Requirements:

• Experience in the manufacturing field and QC skills.
• Good cooperation and teamwork attitude.
• Minimum tertiary education/diploma or equivalent.
