We are looking for a highly capable QC Inspector to join our business's production division. You will be doing inspection on product components, documenting production information, and performing routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.
To ensure success as a QC Inspector, you should possess extensive knowledge of product assembly and experience in a similar industry. A first-class QC Inspector will be someone whose production knowledge and skills result in the manufacturing of high-quality products.
Responsibilities
Utilizes routine work orders and engineering drawing, written and/or verbal instructions to do inspection on assemblies and components.
Performs daily tasks as an Inspector to ensure we are delivering a good quality product and meet customer specifications.
Observes all safety standards and maintains a secure, safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
Follows operating instructions, uses protective equipment when required, and uses equipment and materials properly.
Utilizes test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, and/or leak detectors to test assemblies and components.
Receives parts and performs checks to ensure all necessary parts are available to perform build, test, and repair. Inspects parts for defects.
Qualifications
Minimum completed SPM or possesses Certification/Diploma in any field.
Possess certification in welding or any engineering field will be an added advantage.
Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.
Ability to remain at workstation for prolonged periods.
Written communication skills to read blueprints and work instructions.
Attentiveness to detail to spot flaws in products or problems with equipment.
Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot.
Time management skills to produce the required number of parts or products each shift.
