QC Inspector

Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable QC Inspector to join our business's production division. You will be inspecting product components, documenting production information, and performing routine tasks as per given.

To ensure success as a QC Inspector, you should possess extensive knowledge of QC processes and experience in a similar industry. A first-class QC Inspector will be someone whose production knowledge and skills result in the manufacturing of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

1. Perform inspection on product components to ensure the products, materials, and processes meet quality standards.
2. Utilize routine work orders and engineering drawings, written and/or verbal instructions to inspect assemblies and components.
3. Observe all safety standards and maintain a secure, safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
4. Follow operating instructions, use protective equipment when required, and use equipment and materials properly.
5. Utilize test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, and/or leak detectors to test assemblies and components.
6. Receive parts and perform checks to ensure all necessary parts are available to perform build, test, and repair. Inspect parts for defects.

Qualifications

1. Minimum completed SPM or possess Certification/Diploma in any field.
2. Possess certification in welding or any engineering field will be an added advantage.
3. Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.
4. Ability to remain at workstation for prolonged periods.
5. Written communication skills to read blueprints and work instructions.
6. Attentiveness to detail to spot flaws in products or problems with equipment.
7. Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot.
8. Time management skills to produce the required number of parts or products each shift.
9. Flexible to work in shifts (Day/Night).
