QC Inspector

Job Responsibility

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to monitor and improve product quality
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify and address any quality issues
• Document and report on quality control findings, and work closely with production teams to implement corrective actions
• Analyse quality data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain quality control systems and processes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices
• Train and mentor production staff on quality control principles and techniques

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality control or assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing and furniture background
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and tools, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
